Lg Unveiled Its First Ever Quad-Core ICS Android : The LG Optimus 4X HD

Though we Indians might not consider LG as our first choice  for choosing a android phone in a marketwhere currently Samsung is dominating. but the fact is that LG is also doing a great job in android industry. this time LG has reveled its quad core Optimus 4X HD ahead of mobile world congress next week. Do you all Remember LG was the first one in the android industry to launch a Dual core Nvidia Tegra 2 phone "LG Optimus 2X". And this time it is also become first in race by launching one of the first Quad core Super smart phones "The LG Optimus 4X HD" . This phone will feature first ever 1.5 GHz Quad Core Nvidia Tegra 3 CPU. Rather it's an 4 plus 1 architecture CPU with a Nvida Tegra 3 ‘Kal-El’ processor.

The Optimus 4X HD is just 8.9mm thick, with very thin screen edges which gives a nice look to it. The display of the phone is quiet large featuring a 4.7 inch screen having 1280 x 800 resolution also having a True HD IPS panel display. The phones power is further boosted with 1GB of RAM. And other fetures of the phone includes a 8.0 mega pixel autofocus rear camera along with a front 1.3MP of camera. It's also having a huge 16GB of inbuilt storage. and other add-on features include Wi-Fi hotspot with wifi direct and DLNA connectivity. Also the phone includes a 2150 MaH battery to give it a long standby.

The Optimus 4x HD run on the android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. On the top of the stock interface LG will be giving it a new refreshed Optimus UI interface. As you might know that one of the biggest modification in the isc was eliminating the hardware keys from the phones. but weird thing is that LG has included some hardware keys in the phones. now we are just waiting for the phone to be featured at MWC next week so that we can get into its full details.
